    Thank you. That was a great post. For me I needed a simple process to change my life, like you just described. Sometimes it takes a little time to convince ourselves that we the cause of the state of our life and more importantly that we live in a friendly universe that wants us to succeed and wants to expand life through us.

    I just stumbled upon your blog, and I must say – WOW! 🙂 I love this post – and am looking forward to reading the rest of your entries. I just started following this advice recently, and in fact, for about the last month or so, I’ve been writing down 3 good things that happen every day (it can be something as simple as didn’t get stuck in traffic today!) – and it makes a difference! As I was making doing the exercise you suggested and writing down “shit” stuff that’s in my life, my mind kept saying, yes but remember {insert positive thought!} ?
