The Ultimate Bucket List for Manifesting the Life You Want

The Ultimate Bucket List

My ULTIMATE bucket list!

I am a firm believer in the power of a #BucketList to help you break through any barriers you may have to dreaming big. I make all my coaching clients write one of these as their first assignment, it’s also the homework to #DreamIT in my book Hustle Believe Receive.

The key to making an ultimate bucket list that will actually manifest, is to focus on the EXPERIENCES you want to live out before you die. You can NOT put GOALS or THINGS on the list, just moments and experiences.

The first bucket list that I wrote back in 2009 has remarkably come to life in ways that I could have never imagined when I first wrote it. So, I’m excited to see how this list shows up in my life in the years to come.  read more »

How to Hire a Life Coach

How to hire a great life coach

Lets start with the obvious question.

How to hire a life coachWhat is a life coach, really?

A life coach is a person who’s an expert at helping their clients identify and reach specific goals. They may have various areas of specialty, but generally they help clients: make a plan, discover any blocks to success, provide motivation, support and accountability, and they track RESULTS. All of this helps the client reach their desired results much faster and with greater accuracy then if they did it alone.

In April I was asked by Pinterest to come give a talk to their employees at their corporate headquarters in San Francisco for their annual KnitCon conference. The topic of my talk was Who Needs A Life Coach Anyway? Where I shared my experience coaching clients on how to manifest their dreams using Pinterest.

It’s such a great question, because there are so many misconceptions of why someone looks for and hires a life coach.  read more »

Live Your Dream by Sarah Centrella

I hope this little trailer inspires you to live your dreams! If you’ve watched my journey over the years, then you know that this has not happened overnight. It’s come with a lot of work, overcoming many trials along the way, and a lot of faith. If you’re new to my journey, just know that it hasn’t always been easy (feel free to read posts from 2009-2012), but it is ALWAYS POSSIBLE. There really is no such thing as impossible!

My advise to you?

Get started.

Whatever your dream is, stops sitting around thinking you can’t do it. Just start. And every single day do something, anything, to get one inch closer to living it. Then when the opportunity comes, jump on it! Even though it will not look like a sure bet, will probably require sacrifice, and force you to move past fears, just do it! Believe that it came to you for a reason, and that the Universe will have your back, and it will!

Stop making excuses about your life. Start changing it.

If your ready to change your life and learn how to manifest your dreams, let me show you how. Learn more about my coaching and workshops and lets make your dreams a reality!

Are You Sitting on Your Golden Ticket?

What is your “golden ticket”? I bet you have one, and I’m also willing to bet that you know what it is… so then why are you SITTING ON IT!?

Our golden ticket is the one thing we are GREAT AT. The one thing we love. Maybe even the one thing we devote our time and energy to, but might not make any money from, yet. It’s the thing that we secretly (or openly) are crafting, hustling towards and dreaming of.

For me, its teaching people how to change their life and live their dream, through live events around the world, TV/Film, coaching and books. That is my THING. It’s my passion. It’s what I did for years before it paid me a penny. It’s what I’d still do for free if I could. It’s what I obsess over, dream about and hustle on every single day for the past seven years. It’s what I did nights and weekends while holding down a full-time job from 2010-2017. It’s given me the greatest highs of my life, and broken my heart more times then I can count. It’s what I am meant to do. It’s the only thing I’ve ever really been good at, and -this probably sounds cocky- but I’m fucking great at it. It fills me up in ways I never dreamed a job could. It’s not a job, it’s who I am. It is my Golden Ticket.

#HBRSocial A Dream Come True

On Saturday night (May 20, 2017) I lived a major dream, one I’ve had for the past four years. I held my first ever, live motivational event!

Four years ago I wrote out a business plan for my coaching company, which included hosting live events and retreats. Then two years ago, I built out the plan even further with a dream of including multiple speakers, and taking the show on the road.

But it wasn’t until I went to that horrible Tony Robbin’s event (read my review) that I finally had the balls to make it happen. I saw such a need for something fresh and authentic, that it got me thinking. It was time to do something. I believe so strongly in the message of #HustleBelieveReceive because I’ve watched it change lives over and over. How could I just sit on my ass and do nothing?

So, without knowing how the hell I could make this crazy dream a reality, I began. For anyone out there who has a dream but doesn’t believe they have the money, the expertise, or the know-how to make it happen this story is for you.  read more »

Five Tips To Make A Powerful Difference In the World

*Guest author post. Written by Lisa Powell Graham.

Like many little girls, my childhood dream was to be the first female president! I also wanted to be a writer and dancer, both of which I’ve accomplished. And although I’ve not become president, I’ve had the honor to work on the campaign of the women who won the popular election for President. As part of living my dreams, I also have dedicated myself to making a difference for others. I want my legacy in the world to be a legacy of love. The issues I care most about include fighting for women’s rights, and helping to ensure that girls globally receive a quality education. One of my biggest missions on earth is empowering women.

I have used the principles of #HustleBelieveReceive to live my dreams and to give back to the world! And I know if I can do it, you can too! In fact, I have lived so many of my “bucket list” dreams already despite having overcome huge challenges, including being stalked by a psychopath who was an ex-convict, and being drugged and raped. I have overcome the depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and panic attacks that were a result of being a victim of sexual trauma and assault.

A Letter to My Daughters on Turning Forty

My Darling Daughters,

Right now, you are nine-years old (well, almost ten) and your skin is porcelain, smooth and glowing. In summer, it turns this fantastic shade of deep golden brown, when it’s been kissed by the sun (even when I’ve coated it in layers of SPF 50). Your hair is ten gorgeous shades of blond, from crisp white, to soft brown, resulting in a natural highlight job most of us would kill for. Your eyebrows are thick and overgrown, your eyes clear and bright.

You are truly perfect.

A letter to my daughters on turning forty
My beautiful girls

So, I thought I’d let you know what’s looming in your future, say in about thirty years. Now this isn’t to depress you, or scare you, it’s just all the things I wish someone had told me when I hit forty. Sure, I’d heard “it’s all downhill once you hit forty.” But no one ever expanded on what exactly would be sliding down that hill. And besides, I was like you are, I always believed that it would NEVER happen to me. I’d be the one exception in history that would never be damaged by age. Yes, I know you think that too, and you’ll keep thinking it through your thirties, as you should. But than one day you might wake up and say; “hold the fuck on… wasn’t my eyebrow ABOVE my eyelid?” read more »

Elisha Alcantara’s Inspiring Personal Journey to Success

Elisha Alcantara's Inspiring Journey to SuccessElisha Alcantara and I met over coffee on a rare sunny Sunday afternoon in March. In a matter of minutes, we were sharing our stories and chatting excitedly as if we’d known each other for years. I knew immediately that she was my kinda chick. She hustled to make her dreams a reality, and it was clear we shared a similar mindset.

I asked Elisha if she’d share her story with you, in hopes that it might inspire you to live your dream, regardless of any obstacles you might face along the way.

“My work ethic is the reason I am here right now.” Elisha began when I asked her how she’d been able to achieve so much in such a short period of time. “I’ve always said that it doesn’t matter if I work at McDonald’s or ran my own company, I would give it everything I had. I’ve always worked very hard, making the most of any opportunity.
